Room was clean and comfortable BUT - comments from last guest (mainly negative) were left in the room. Biscuits on the tea tray were crushed to crumbs. Lady in reception a really asset. Professional, efficient and friendly gave us all the information that we needed. Comfortable room, recently refurbished and evening meal was really good. Walking distance from the city centre. We will defenately return more

Good points; nice area, well appointed rooms, with fan and iron provided. Frequent bus service into town centre, Bad points; beware of the website. It does not warn that they demand payment, for the whole stay, immediately on arrival. It also claims that all the rooms have digital satellite TV/Radio; they do not.
