We stayed for one night in an Executive Room. The check-in process was effortless - I pulled up in my car, I was greated by 3 doorman and before I knew it I was in my room! This high standard of service was constant, whether you were dealing with the concierge or the waiting staff in the restaurant. The room... more

We stayed in the Randolph for our first Anniversary, I had high expectations and I was not disappointed one bit. The room was fabulous the staff friendly, especially the bar man in the Morse Bar!!!! The Molton Brown toiletries were a lovely extra special treat, especially the additional ones that were in our room when we returned after our evening... more

The Randolph (as the locals refer to it) it located steps away from the city center- perfect location. It is a charming and historic hotel, but with history comes some quirks. Our room was situated in what seemed like the other end of the earth. Up the elevator, down stairs, up more stairs, through many hallways... we finally reached our... more

Reception and concierge staff were very professional – efficient, smart, friendly and helpful – and gave an excellent first impression of this splendid hotel (which was sustained through our stay). All the public areas of the hotel were smart and well-maintained. Our room was a long way into the hotel – you could get the lift or walk to the... more

Hmmm, interesting hotel but it is really living on its location. I would seriously question the 5 stars. We stayed in this hotel for my son's graduation, an event we had looked forward to for some time. We arrived and checked in with no problem. Our room had a horrible smell, which was not your usual bathroom pong. After dropping our... more

We stayed at The Randolph for one night as part of trip around the UK. From the start with the concierge ready to park my car it was a relaxing experience. I had booked an Executive room which meant we were in the newer part of the hotel with no view, but that did not bother us. The shower definitely... more

The Congierce certainly made a pleasant first impression, being very helpful and observant. They noticed my birthday gifts and wished me happy birthday the next day as well. check-in was fine. The SPA was absolutely bliss. So many facilities - pure luxury. Molton Brown goodies in the bathroom and very clean room. Breakfast-in-bed cards with 15 min slots for your... more

This 5 star hotel is in a perfect location for exploring Oxford - our executive rooms were large and trendy - I did look into the more traditional rooms but preferred ours -they were worth a bit of a long walk down the corridors. All the staff were very helpful and the concierge were always on hand to offer advise. Breakfast... more

Having just returned from a lovely weekend in Oxford I felt compelled to leave The Randolph a great review - because it was great!! I used to live in Oxford so I am no stranger to it but had never stayed at the Randolph. Well I was missing out! The room was a standard 'classic' - ie the lowest tariff... more
