Lack of any accommodation left in Oxford led us to stay at this filthy, minging toilet. This place smells of pee/smoke, has appalling decor, is noisy, has junk everywhere and is so tired it's fallen asleep. We didn't dare have anything cooked for breakfast. Yes it is a rather dated guesthouse (old style carpet, narrow staircases, old decor), but it had a hell of a lot going for it, and was well worth the 40 pounds per night per double room.
