We stayed at Blenheim Edge for two nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay there.Simon and Tanya are very welcoming and friendly and we appreciated the suggestions of local pubs for meals and bus time table to Oxford. The rooms are nicely presented, very clean and the bed comfortable, great shower too.The house is on a very busy main road but with... We only stayed for one night but wish we could have stayed longer! We were a little concerned as the only room available was room 2 with the bathroom across the hall but with the robes in the room and the fact that its directly across the hall we needn't have worried. The Breakfast was amazing and was the best... More

Stayed here for 3 nights, only got home today but felt the need to write the review straight away. Tanya and Simon (and Paddy, the ageing Staffy dog) were great hosts and nothing was too much trouble, they took the care and time to ask after what guests were doing and tried to help in any way, providing maps, booking... March 2013. Modern and quality guest house run by very friendly Tanya and Simon. With all our frequent travels we award them SIX stars for having a "small full breakfast" on the menu. One of everything. A FIRST for us to find. We constantly ask for it in most places. This is not a dog free house - for those... More

We have just stayed for one night at this lovely home for a last minute impulse city visit. The house was immaculate and bed very comfy. The in room refreshment tray was well stocked. We had a very peaceful night and a fabulous breakfast. No complaints at all . Tanya was charming and friendly and we never felt hurried .... More

Just had a fantastic two night stay at this lovely B&B, Tanya and Simon (and Paddy) are so friendly and welcoming! Our bedroom was really nice, spotlessly clean and everything had been thought of. And breakfast was awesome! Simon gave us great tips on where to visit in Oxford as it was our first visit, and we just got the... More

Everything was done to ensure our stay was an enjoyable one - our room was upgraded without asking, I received a courtesy call from Tanya to find out our ETA so that the champagne I ordered didn't get warm, and Simon gave my partner and I a lift into Oxford so as we avoided a complicated bus journey to the... We turned up after it had been snowing (January 2013) and received a warm welcome. We also had room 2 which has an ensuite across the hall. The ensuite jacuzzi was a fantastic place to relax after lots of walking around Oxford. We caught the bus into Oxford and the bus stop is a stones throw from the hotel. It's... More

Thanks to the great reviews on tripadvisor we decided to stay here on a recent road trip - and we're glad we did! We had room 2, which contains an ensuite just across the hall. I say 'ensuite' but it is huge - and has an awesome spa. Simon and Tanya were great hosts, even allowing our infant daughter a... More
