Great B&B with the 5 star touch. Not too far from town. Easy to jump on the bus for a couple of quid and about a 15min ride to the centre. Rooms big, clean and fully equipped. Nice and quiet with very friendly staff. Breakfast in the mornings was amazing. Will defo stay here again when we come back to... more

We are repeat vistors to Burlington House and after a long flight from New Zealand it's the perfect spot to recover in Oxford with a refreshing 15 minute walk to Blackwells for a coffee. A totally yummy breakfast with home made granola/full English and the rooms are generous, appealing and compared to the rest of Oxford, value for money!! more

From the warm welcome from Nes through to the powerful shower, comfortable bed and fabulous breakfast, we thoroughy enjoyed our 2-night stay. In town for a wedding, we really enjoyed the Summertown restaurants which are within a 5 minute walk, and the centre is easily accessible by bus or a short taxi ride. A big plus is the fact that... more

We booked a 2 night break at this B&B, swayed by previous good Trip Advisor reviews - we weren't disappointed! From the time of booking back in June communicaton was great. Even as we were travelling we received a courtesy text asking what time we'd be arriving. When we arrived and parked at the hotel (a big plus in Oxford!)... more

An excellent place to stay if exploring Oxford and the surrounding area. Brilliant customer service, freshly made breakfast and the staff helpful at all times. Would be surprised if there is better in Oxford for the price more

Booked this hotel for one night whilst attending an award ceremony. Booking was easy and service was warm and professional. The room was clean, comfortable and well decorated with nice fresh bed linen. Breakfast was a delight, with a nice selection of choices and fresh orange, even the bread was nice and fresh. I would recommend this hotel to anyone... more

I stayed at Burlington House for three nights & was very impressed with the standard of the rooms, the cleanliness and the level of service. The breakfast choice is good and the food excellent. I was there for a reunion with a college friend and we are made very welcome and well looked after. The bus route to town goes... more

I highly recommend this establishment without hesitation - very homely and pleasant surroundings and the cleaniness is to be commended!! The breakfast (not forgetting the coffee) is an experience worth having, just like the proprietor's attention which was second to none with great humour!! more

We were met with a glass of fresh orange juice, and this set the tone for the whole of our three night stay stay - we went on to enjoy friendly and efficient service, a very pleasant and comfortable room, and excellent breakfasts - and sound advice on good places to eat in the evenings. We certainly plan to return! more
