Stayed here overnight in Dec 2007 while visiting friends in Oxford. Had a very warm welcome from Mr. Price and a lovely little double room with ensuite shower room at the back of the house so it was very quiet. Breakfast the next morning was plentiful and very tasty. This is a lovely little guest house situated in the north of Oxford, just past Summer Town. It is around a 15 minute walk to Summer Town (which has some nice shops and restaurants) and a 40 minute walk to the centre of Oxford. There are very regular buses too.
