Very impressive exterior - touch of the gothic - interesting layout of rooms - you may find there is an 40m walk to your room through convoluted stairways or a 5 m easy walk once you've worked out where best to leave your car in the generously large car park. Stayed overnight on business, this is a typical old country hotel with history, pleasant surroundings, unfortunately there wasn't a lift, so anything than an overnight bag, you're struggling!
