The road outside takes you straight to the city centre in about 12-15 min. There are a lot of stairs, difficult with heavy suitcases. Fine for a cheap stay, plus you get a decent breakfast. The place is need of some TLC but the location is outstanding, less than a ten minute walk from Oxford city centre and directly outside a main bus route. You will not find anything this close to the centre for the price. more

We spent a couple of nights here when visiting Oxford. The best things about the guesthouse are the ease of access to the town (10-15 minute walk) and the fact that there is a car park.
