Arrived after a long flight from Australia at about 8am, miles too early for check in. The outside is disappointing compared to the website pictures - it looks like a typical conference centre hotel and this was borne out by the somewhat shabby reception. This is one of those hotels where someone has spent a lot of money on their website and good photos for their website but the actual hotel is deprived of any investment.
