All I ask of a hotel (regular business user) is that it's clean, tidy, comfortable and quiet and that is exactly what this one is. The breakfast is good and the staff are friendly. I dont normally bother writing reviews, but this week the Premier Inn (caversham road) was full, so I had to go to another hotel that was... More

Still haven't had a bad stay at a Premier or even a mediocre one come to that - what they do they do very well indeed. Staff here seem genuinely interested in you and unlike a lot of places, customer service is first class. Can't really see why anyone would want to pay out more. More

Title says it all really except - 1) the Toby Carvery just next door is cheap but good, and 2) the Thames is just a few minutes walk away and is a very pleasant walk.. More

The staff at this hotel are exceptionally good, especially the breakfast team who were friendly and attentive and seemed eager to make our experience very pleasant. A very good choice of breakfast menu, with items cooked to order, unlike the hot buffet offered in many more expensive chains. Usual good Premier Inn room and cleanliness standard, easy parking and a... More

We stayed here for one night, and found it a very nice hotel. The price for the night was £37, which was great value. The staff was very friendly, and the hotel and room was very clean and well decorated. The bed was comfortable, and the shower room was clean and very nice. I would stay here again. More

Staying here on business the reception staff were very friendly. The main reception area and the breakfast area were very tidy. Breakfast was your standard premier inn breakfast you would expect. Room very neat and tidy. All in all a vey nice hotel. More

Don't understand recent comments as our experience of this and other Premier Inns has always been good. We wanted a comfortable bed for the night on Christmas day after visiting family and a light breakfast before more festivities on Boxing Day. All boxes ticked and at a price of £29 this represented excellent value for money. More

The staff were lovely but the hotel was terrible - nothing worked. The TV remote only worked when standing next to the TV, the heating didn't work at all and we had several lights not working. The staff tried to sort our problems but sadly couldn't. I wouldn't stay there again. More

For a £39 stay this was excellent value and taking breakfast into account compared very favourably with other accommodation of similar types. All staff were very friendly, and the room very clean and comfortable.Good choice for breakfast which was well cooked and enjoyable.Worth noting though that bathroom has shower only, no bath for those who would prefer one.
