Stayed for 2 nights for business/shopping. Basic hotel, clean, handy for city centre. Would have no problem staying there again. Only problem is limited parking at the back of the hotel, very tight spaces and you can get blocked in. In saying that reception were quick to ask guests to move their cars if need be. more

The hotel has a great location near to both railway station and Oracle centre. Rooms were far too hot and the advertised air conditioning was not present. Wifi did work but signal was not very strong. We rang the Hotel and got a great price (cheaper than all web sites) more

Average B&B, rooms are clean but unmodernised.. staff are so-so. Some of the radiators and lights didn't work, which meant the room was cold and dark... Oh, and there is variable hot water, which is not ideal first thing in the shower in the morning on a cold winters day! more

The hotel was very clean, nice friendly staff. Ideal for the Reading festival as it is only ten minutes from the entrance and also it is only ten minutes away from the town centre (both walking). The hotel is secure with key card entrance and on the room so you can come and go as you please. I would stay... more
