A group of us stayed here (4 couples). Our room was a tad small but had a really comfy bed and pillows. Food was great, as was the service. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Lovely church next door and the river is two minutes walk. All in all had a lovely weekend. Would stay there again more

After a long flight home it was great to find a very comfortable place to recover and relax. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The full english was a monster and beautiful. Only downside was that the DVD library didn't have anything for kids. more

Lovely old building with traditional furnishings, Good food and drink.Nicely situated close to the river. Unlike some reports, we found all the staff to be friendly and very helpful with all our problems - we are vegetarian and unable to carry our luggage. more

We spent only one night at the Bull, but it was truly one of the highlights of our trip to England! The atmosphere was perfect, the family room very suitable for our family of 5. We had a great dinner with friends at the pub, spent the night, and the breakfast was lovely! more

The Bull is one of my favourite local pubs/eateries and has been for years. However, I've had three mediocre meals on the run there of late which is a great disappointment. The 'The Bull Inn' in Sonning is approximately 2.5 miles by road to the Thames Valley Business Park so it only took me 5 minutes each day to get There. I left the Inn at approximatly 8:30 each morning as before this time there is a lot of traffic on the counrty roads. The Inn it self was very good... more
