This pub is very well run by the family that owns it. All the staff make you feel welcome. All beers and lagers are kept well never had a bad pint. Every Saturday night every table get a free plate of sandwiches. If you have never been give it a try you will not be disappointed.

We stayed for one night and wished we had booked another. Six miles from Sheffield in a tiny little village. Hosts very friendly and welcoming. Great food and a good choice of local ales. Breakfast which is pre ordered was fantastic. Rooms on the small side, but decorated and fitted out beautifully. Great power shower.
