Visited Sheffield to visit the City for the first time properly ,as son is at University here. Pleasantly surprised at the City itself. Hotel was clean , comfortable, room was excellent. You wouldn't stay at this hotel for the scenery - it's literally on top of Sheffield United's stadium and the views from the window are less than stunning. We went to see Bill Bailey at Sheffield City Hall and chose Copthorne as our base. The hotel is splendid and the staff very attentive. The room we had was spacious and comfortable.
