A very good and friendly place. I've stayed most often in rural B&B's. I had a dreadful experience in a city one in Bradford, so I was a little nervous of checking into another city B&B.However this one is terrific, and I thoroughly recommend it. Lovely place and friendly owner. Good value, and as the previous review said, an attention to detail. Location is good - only a few minutes from the supertram, and 15 minutes into the centre of the city. I had a bright and cheery single ensuite room on the ground floor, only £28 a night. A warm welcome and cosy rooms and dining-room. An attention to small details. Near the tram stop and many buses. more
