Our experience was pretty much the same as the previous three! While the room was pleasant enough, it certainly wasn't worth the price you pay. It definitely seemed it was run for the convenience of the owners rather than the guests - having to order what you wanted for breakfast the night before, not being able to use the ground floor toilet near the breakfast room because it was for staff only. This is a small hotel very close to the university. The city centre is a couple of miles away but a taxi can get you there very quickly and inexpensively. Rooms are basic but are a reasonable size. We stayed here last summer for work and friends and family have used it since. Its clean and comfortable and good value. Its also in a nice part of town. The present owener have it up for sale at the moment so things may change once there are new owners. more
