paid £44 a night for this hotel,not what i would call cheap when you consider all you are getting is a bed,no toiletries,5 channels on a battered tv and a bedroom that resembles a prison cell both in colour scheme and spartan furniture.hotel was clean and staff were efficient and pleasant ,just feel that travelodge have gone ott on cost... more

I'm surprised at some of the reviews here as I had a good experience on the Friday before Christmas. We were in the last room on the bottom floor, next to the Little Chef.
