Stayed a Saturday night and very happy with this hotel. Had booked a double room but, as we checked in early, it wasn't ready and the receptionist allocated us a family room, as we needed to change and leave quickly. Room was not clean, the noise from outside and the staff was really loud and I couldn't sleep. The food was poor I wouldn't have fed it to my dog. The receptionist was really quite rude and continued her conversation with a colleague and ignored me. more

Spent one night at the Premier Travel Inn with 2 small children. Found the rooms very clean and spacious. The staff were very friendly and helpful - particularly at breakfast when they went out of their way to help me with the kids - something you rarely find in a lot of hotels. We stayed at this hotel for two nights. The rooms were very clean. We ate one night in the resaurant and the food was delicious and hot and the service was very good. The girls on reception were really helpful as we didn't know our way around Sheffield and they gave us clear directions to where we wanted to go.... more
