This hotel was good value for money. The staff were welcoming and friendly, the bed was comfy and I had a good night's sleep. I also felt safe and secure. Bathroom rather cramped with wash basin outside.

Fantastic stay as always with the exception of the elephant that appeared to be staying in the room above us!!! Checking in was no problem and the staff was friendly... she didn't inform us of the Good Night Sleep policy though!

Booked overnight stay for son's birthday, got a really good rate and were pleased that the standard exceeded our expectations. Despite being near to the city centre, we had excellent night's sleep, very quiet and first class room. Staff very helpful and even had a chat with the manager, all very friendly, will return.

We were staying here to visit the Peak district. The hotel is really central for the station and the buses (although that is a little complex in Sheffield).
