A very nice city centre hotel in a great location. Our room was good with an excellent bathroom. My only criticism (sort of) is that I didn't think it had any wow factor. But that's not really much of a criticism! more

The only draw-back I can see regarding this hotel is the severe lack of parking, it was a nightmare. My fiance took 40 minutes to find a parking space on a busy Saturday afternoon. My 2nd visit to the Leopold this year; this time staying in a Deluxe King. Room 172 was excellent - very spacious and comfortable with sofa, coffee table and wall to ceiling windows and exposed beams above. Deluxe King includes free movies which I think is a nice touch. We booked our room online (which always leaves you a little worried in case there are any problems) but everything went fine at check in. The hotel is well located. It's right in the city centre. As I was driving through the complicated one way system of Sheffield, I finally managed to find te hotel. It was quite late. The staff welcomed me and explained the different options to park my car. I went to the closest, parked and got back to the hotel walking....all... more

Smart exterior, smarter interior. All very modern (in an older building) and still pretty shiny and new. But oh dear -the service. No where to put your car close by. Perhaps not entirely the hotels fault, but for one of the "Small Luxury Hotels of the World" members, I would expect to be able to park at least somewhere close... more

We spent 3 nights at the Leopold and were upgraded without asking so we got the King size room. The room was lovely, clean and spacious. Breakfast was fine we went for the continental option. Parking is a bit of a pain but more due to the one way system rather than the hotel. We would definately go back more
