At short notice, we needed somewhere to stay in Ludlow. Not having been able to get into any of the recommended hotels on this site, I found Fifteen Dinham through the Ludlow site. What a stroke of luck! This is the most upmarket B & B I've ever stayed in. It is a Georgian house that has been lovingly restored to the absolutely highest standards. Even the oak banister down to the cellar is exquisitely crafted. Why was I in the cellar? Because we had the house to ourselves. The owner does not live there but hands over the keys to this beautiful property knowing people will fall in love with it. Breakfast is fully provided from a well-stocked fridge and a kitchen equipped as most of us can only dream about. The cellar has ironing and cleaning equipment all laid out. The house is perfectly positioned right opposite the castle (our room looked out over the castle walls) so easy walking distance to all of Ludlow's attractions.
