I don't understand the October reviewer.Yes the room was cold on arrival,but this was sorted when my husband pointed this out.The staff were very attentive,Tony & Carol were charming.Unlike large chain hotels that have awful buffet style breakfasts,the freshly cooked full english was excellent.Extra tea,coffee & toast was no trouble & served quickly & with a smile. We stayed here in the Lansdown room to celebrate my husband's birthday. Not much celebration.
