I first made contact with Sue, Derek and Nici about a year before our departure for England!! There are so many accommodation options in Bath and on this trip of a lifetime I wanted to make sure I made the best choice. They answered all my questions promptly and with a certain cheeriness that I thoroughly appreciated. I did eventually... more

We arrived earlier than expected but were greeted warmly by Sue, our host. We were given great tips on how to make the most of our 3 day visit in the Bath area, which was truly appreciated. We stayed in the Old Plane Tree room overlooking the square- very spacious and comfortable. Being right in the shadow of the Bath... more

Three Abbey Green is the quintessential b&b experience. Location? A stones throw from Bath Abbey and the Roman Baths and an easy walk to the train station and bus station. Rooms? Ours were the least expensive of the b&b's rooms (the darn exchange rate taken into account), but by no means were they sub par. Old Plane Tree is extremely... more

Three Abbey Green is set in a lovely setting inbetween the Abbey, Roman Baths, around the corner to infamous Sally Lunn's tea rooms, and has major shops on its doorsteps. Not only is the accomodation clean and beautiful, ( we stayed in the Lady Hamilton - on ground floor) but the family make you feel really welcome and are always... more

Three Abbey Green in Bath, England is the perfect place to stay when visiting Bath. It's central location in town just 50 meters from the Abbey and the Roman Baths is ideal. The owners/hosts are very hospitable and made every effort to make us feel at home in their guest house. Just the right mix of modern comfort and historic... more

My friend Patricia and I first visited Bath in 2007 and stayed at a small hotel lacking in comfort. While the staff was superb the accomodations were not. While we were sightseeing around Bath we came across Three Abbey Green. I grabbed a brochure and we really liked what we saw and read about the B & B. We both... more

We stayed for two nights in one of 3 Abbey Green's apartments, No. 4 Abbey Green. The apartment itself is immaculate and very clean and comfortable. The owners who also manage the B&B and all the apartments were very helpful, made suggestions of where to eat out in Bath and were available to help at any time. For example we... more

After the death of my parents, all our trips to Bath had been to deal with the estate and usually in very Dickensian pouring rain. This was our first trip to Bath that was about relaxing, enjoying the city and having some fun. Our stay here was everything we wanted it to be; we were in the heart of the... more

My husband, 18 year old daughter and I stayed at Three Abbey Green in June, where we enjoyed a spacious room, with a third bed in a nook between the main room and the bathroom. That room, while small, was adored by my daughter, who enjoyed reading Jane Austen when we weren't on the town. The location was storybook perfect,... more
