Small parking area, no more then 2 cars could really park outside in the small court area. The house is very smart and looks nice from the outside. The couple that own it are friendly and quite welcoming.

The room was a decent size, had a tv, bed and the usual tea making facilities. The en-suite was quite shabby, in need of a new bathroom suite as the shower was dirty and quite mouldy. Felt more dirty getting out of it then I did before it. The shower kept making strange noises and was nowhere near being a power shower.

The bed was good, no problems with the room. Decor was pretty new and fresh. The location is reasonable, a bus ride into Bath Town Centre.

Breakfast was the usual, nothing amazing or special, same as you would get in any other B&B.
