We stayed at No 8 for 4 nights. The apartment has everything you need, spotless and in a fantastic location. Minutes away from the abbey, roman bath and close to great restaurants and pubs. We will definitely stay here again when visiting Bath. Thank you.

We rented the apartment No 8 the location is absolutely superb for the centre of Bath. The apartment itself was spacious, with everything you needed. We were a little bit disappointed, but i think our expectations from the website were raised very high. We found the bed a little too hard, but then we are used to a soft bed. The courtyard that is shared with No 9 you wouldn't want to sit in, as its more like an alley. The apartment 8 is basement and we found it be nice and cool during the very hot weather when we stayed there. If any of your party have difficulty walking, then apartment 8 and 9 would not be ideal, as there is a flight of narrow steps down from the road. Parking the car we used Southgate parking, leaving via Debenhams headed for Iceland on our right, turned right then immediately left down an alley way(service area for M& S) right at the end of the alleyway and up a slope into North Parade. Very easy, just a few mins walk. Would we stay again.. yes

I've stayed in apartment 8 several times and apartment 7 once. The location can't be bettered and apartment provisions are great, but on the last two visits there was a real issue with a musty smell, in the bedroom of apartment 8 and in a few rooms in apartment 7. I was actually shifted into apartment 7 because there was a leak in apartment 8. I really hope this musty smell is fixed because I'd love to keep returning to these apartments but the smell of damp is so strong that I don't want to go to sleep breathing in mould spores.

Good Afternoon, Thank you so much for taking the time to review, we welcome all constructive feedback. I'm so glad you enjoy the location and provisions. However, I am surprised at your comment of 'musty smell'. I was just doing a spot check of all apartments this morning and did not smell anything damp or unpleasant, nor is this is something any of our guests have ever bought to our attention during a stay - including yourself. I would really encourage you to mention any complaints whilst you are staying with us, this will be much more productive as we would be able to fix it for you at the time. It is slightly unfair to complain on a public platform yet never mention it to us during your stay, if we are not aware of a problem, we can not fix it for you. All I can do now is apologise unfortunately, as I have been unaware of this, I could not offer a solution at the time. We pride ourselves on being extremely accommodating to guests and we really do treasure our return customers, we like to make our apartments feel like a home from home best we can. I am sorry we have fallen short of this during your recent visit. Being below ground we are very conscious of leaks or damp creeping in and so we have regular checks but I will speak with maintenance and ensure we have another damp check immediately as we hold our apartments to the highest of standards. Kind Regards

Loved staying here. Their website is brilliant, laid out simply and you can tour each apartment and pick which one suits you well. They can be a bit tricky to find as they're not on a main street but we managed fine with both the directions emailed through to us before our stay and trusty Google Maps! The apartments are tucked away from the busy high street yet still in the very center of the city - just a minute or so walk from The Roman Baths, The Bath Abbey, The Therme Spa and The Pump Rooms! So close to the train and bus station as well, which proved very helpful for us. Lots of good pubs and eateries close by which was really nice. Great communication and friendly, helpful service and the apartments are well kitted out with hairdryers, dressing gowns, toiletries, umbrellas etc.. The Beds were 10/10, slept like a log! Free WiFi, TV, DVD player and a Bluetooth speaker all provided which was excellent too. We also had board games in our apartment which was a sweet touch. It's fantastic for a little get away and brilliant value for money considering everything provided, it was snug and homely and really felt like you had your own space to relax. We will be coming back !!

Our party of 3 stayed five nights at the Courtyard Apartments (unit #7). The apartment was large, clean and well-equipped. It had 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. There was plenty of hot water even with three people showering each morning. The location was exceptional. Sally Lunn's historic restaurant was perhaps 50 yards away. A Marks & Spencer was around the block. The Abbey and Roman baths were within a 2 minute walk as was the Abbey Hotel which is the meeting point for many guided walks and bus tours. The train station was 5 -6 minutes away. The only issue was the entry stair which was narrow and, at least during our October stay, usually partly covered with wet leaves. On the 4th day of our stay the stairs were cleaned, but this is probably something that should be done every day or two this time of the year. All-in-all a great place to stay.

Located close to everything. Abbey just round the corner. M&S for food to cook in the kitchen a stones throw away, plus multiple restaurants/pubs if you don't want to cook. Train station very close, within walking distance easily. Steps down into apartment could be tricky for some. Very comfortable apartment. Good welcome pack and nice touch of some bubbles for my 40th birthday celebrations. Dishwasher. Washer/Dryer if needed. There was some noise from upstairs offices in morning and from the busy city during evening, but nothing that caused us any disturbance. City's aren't quiet.. Would definitely stay here again (when the in-laws next will have the kids!).

Booked The Courtyard Apartments for my cousins wedding at Priston Mill (the taxi back was just over £25). The place is a little hard to find if you using sat nav, fortunately for us our children had already arrived separately so they had found the place, helping guide us in. The lounge is spacious, with adjoining kitchen. Unfortunately our welcome pack didn't have any milk, which was easily resolved as my parent had arrived a day earlier and were staying in the apartment next door ! The location doesn't accommodate car parking, so plan your luggage drop off. The location is absolutely excellent, handy for the Abbey, Roman Baths, shopping, etc. A few small issues with the bathroom, mould needs bleaching, shower door seal needs replacing and a grub screw on the toilet roll holder. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking utensils, the seating is ok (the sofa is nice, but the single chairs are a little awkward to sit on). The dining area is handy as we all gathered together to have cooked breakfast together in the Sunday morning with my parents.

We stayed in Apartment 7 - down steps at the front of the building (just in front of where the tree is) - in a pedestrian only location. It was an ideal apartment for our party of myself, my husband and my adult son. Just by the wall you can see in the photo is an alleyway at the end of which is the back entrance to the M&S foodhall, so really handy for supplies should you need any. There was a welcome pack of an M&S loaf and butter, a pint of milk and small pots of strawberry jam, ground coffee in the fridge, instant coffee, teabags, sugar and coffee pods for the machine. On arrival we were shown round the apartment by a very pleasant lady and the reception staff in the office where you collect the keys were also very nice. The apartment has been furnished in a modern style so there are few period features remaining but there is everything there that you might need; especially good is the equipment provided in the kitchen. The kitchen itself is a further flight of steps down, so carrying food and drinks up to the dining table could be a bit of a problem if you ate in a lot, but there is a tray provided. If it was my apartment I would add a couple of bar stools and a fold down table in the kitchen so you could `snack` there. The Roman Baths and Abbey were just round the corner (couple of minutes) and about 5 minutes to the Thermae Spa. Plenty of restaurants nearby. We were there Monday and Tuesday evening and it was very quiet; the only noises we heard were first thing in the morning when we heard someone vacuuming the offices above, but it wasn't that loud. I wish we had booked for a longer stay and if I go back to Bath, which I hope we will, I will book into The Courtyard Apartments again.

We booked here to stay for 2 nights/3 days to celebrate my 30th birthday. We booked apartment 8 as it was just the two of us and we were pleasantly surprised. The apartment was easy to find, ladies on reception were very friendly and the apartment itself was lovely and good value for money. We had lots of rooms and there were lots of little touches that really made a difference like the breakfast basket with fresh bread, butter and jams, the fluffy bath robes, the umbrellas in the wardrobe, the bottle of prosecco and hand written note for my birthday were all great touches. We will definitely be visiting Bath again and when we do, we will absolutely stay here.
