We had a great stay here. The hospitality was excellent and the staff couldn't do enough for us. Lovely night sleep followed by a great breakfast. The location was good and with parking we could leave the car all weekend and stroll into the attractions.

Upon arrival, my group of 11 were fondly received by Elloitt and his wife. They quickly sorted out the group and showed them to their well kempt, clean and tidy, but modern rooms. We had a range of family, twin and double rooms and all were consistent in their theme. I was fortunate to swim in the on site outdoor... More

Spent a few nights here and loved the place. No pretensions, knowledgable and friendly staff/owners and a great little bar which is good for a couple of shorts before heading out for dinner. The full breakfast is a bonus and very welcome. A great cost-effective accommodation option in Bath Would we go back - Yes

We stayed 3 nights in this lovely B&B and throughly enjoyed our stay. Elias and Adriana were so welcoming, friendly and such an asset to the owners! Our twin room (8) was very nice. We picked this hotel for the free parking and had such a very pleasant time there so would recommend it to anyone who wants to be... More

Great welcome from Elias and Adriana, especially as I had a muddy 3 year old in tow. The room was basic but clean and comfortable. Underfloor heating in the bathroom was great. No problems parking. Good choice at breakfast. Worth pointing out they let you bring in a takeaway as long as you eat it in the dining room and... More

We stayed in this lovely B&B for 2 nights. We were welcomed on arrival and shown to our rooms. The room we were in room 3 was clean and tidy and very functional, a tad small but that was no issue at all. The staff who run the guest house were very approachable, friendly and helpful with any queries that... More

I stayed at Ashley Villa Guest House on business for one night recently. The check in was done efficiently. The room I was allocated was extremely small, but functional. Pros: Relatively good location to Bath town centre, WIFI signal was good, nice selection of teas and coffees, breakfast was ample and excellent personal service. Nice service by the owner, though... Thank you for your feedback, which we do appreciate. We know our rooms are not the largest, however we hope that we more than make up for this with, comfortable beds, a good shower, a freshly prepared, locally sourced breakfast and a fair price. Remember unlike many chains we do not charge extra for breakfast, parking or WIFI. On top... More

Elias and Adriana made for excellent, friendly hosts. Our clean family room was delightful, with the kids on bunk-beds in their own private space and mum and dad in our own private double bed. Elias was fantastic with our kids and we felt so welcome. Also gave good advice and served a lovely breakfast! May we advise the living room... More

Dear Freddie, Thank you for your kind review and also highly appreciative of your remark regarding our lounge area. We are in the process of giving it a ‘’fresh look’’, with some comfortable sofas. We wish you could have asked us for the family games, as we do have some available. See you next time when you are in Bath!... More

Many thanks to Adriana and Elias for their hospitality in a very cosy and welcoming environment. The full english breakfast is highly recommended. The room was warm with a particular attention to detail. The hotel is situated in a convenient area within 20 minute walk from the city centre. Enjoy Bath! Nora & Kyri
