Amazing hotel, well positioned, fabulous rooms and staff are very helpful.. big shout out to Jason very cooler newyorker barman.. makes the best bloody mary's in Bath.. ;o) Would most definitely stay here again and highly recommend hotel for anyone seeking a classy stay in Bath.

The overall experience was quite good. The only problem faced there was that the first room we were directed didn't meet at all the one I reserved. It was a very small room with a weird leaning floor. We had to insist with the front desk to get a better one. Fortunately the staff was kind and understood our request.
