I was in Bath for the week-end and had made my reservation before I left the States. I am a member of Accor, but that didn't help any. Location is excellent as stated. But hotel lobby, restaurant and rooms are very tired. I was not at all pleased with condition of my room on checking in. Was shown three others... more

Great Hotel, perfectly located in the centre of Bath and as classy as you'd expect it to be. Great breakfast too. more

Booked a room online for £97 and was upgraded on arrival. We couldn't really fault the room that we had facing Queens Square and the service at reception was polite and efficient. We didn't test the other services but thought the traditional ambience pleasant. We made use of the parking which other reviewers have stated to be a little expensive.... more

Very average. Hotel a bit aged. We were in a room, which was supposedly renovated - very uninteresting interior, nice bathroom, but very poor shower solution - water all over the floor. Expensive parking. On a bright side - very friendly and helpful stuff. Nice breakfast, even very nice. Good location. Possibility to book one night during weekend. In total... more

I have just back from a 3 nights stay in Bath and all I can say it has been a wonderful experience. The Hotel has is own character, very traditional georgian building. It was just a perfect location to do shopping, 2 minutes walking distance from the main shopping area, and to visit all the main attractions in the city.... more

I was only able to stay for one night at the hotel but would of been quite hapy to stay more. Upon check in the reception staff were friendly and extremely helpful. After reading some of the reviews I was a little wary but I was pleased to see the room was spacious and clean. We decided to go out... more

I stayed here for a night recently whilst in Bath for work and have to say I loved it. Normally I get booked into soulless corporate boxes but I struck lucky this time! I arrived in the morning so my room wasn't ready but the smiley reception staff stored my luggage for me and when I came back to collect... more

I stayed here with a group of my colleagues, on a business trip. The lady on check in was very polite and did the best to cater to my needs. I requested a quiet room at the back of the hotel, which is exactly what i got. The restaurant staff were all really friendly. Breakfast was great and i will... more
