Very average. Hotel a bit aged. We were in a room, which was supposedly renovated - very uninteresting interior, nice bathroom, but very poor shower solution - water all over the floor. would definately reccomend this hotel 10 out of 10.. The manageress Karen was one of the most helpful people i have ever met she made our 30 anniversary stay a memorable one . I have just back from a 3 nights stay in Bath and all I can say it has been a wonderful experience. The Hotel has is own character, very traditional georgian building. It was just a perfect location to do shopping, 2 minutes walking distance from the main shopping area, and to visit all the main attractions in the city.... more

Staff at the hotel were very friendly and informative. Great location in the centre of Bath. We had 2 rooms. Both very tired, double room at corner of hotel and so extremely noisy with delivery trucks arriving in early hours and sirens from ambulance station endlessly hairing past.
