This hotel is in the middle of renovation and even though I was in an older part, the room was perfectly clean and comfortable. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Great location in beautiful Bath, only problem was awkward and expensive car parking. more

I requested one of the refurbished rooms on the first floor, for my boyfriends birthday. Parking was £10 per day but really easy and the hotel were happy for you to leave the car a couple of hours after checkout.
