I visit Bath 4 times a yr with friends. The carfax appeared tired ,worn &depressing. The cooked breakfast came as we had just got our cereal,poorly presented & egg tasted as though it had been cooked sometime before. This is the first hotel we have stayed in that we would never go back to. more

Besides the teeny, weeny rooms (we stayed in the family suite with low ceilings) we were stuck in the ancient lift (elevator) and had to pry our way out!
