I took my nine year old daughter to Bath for a surprise shopping weekend and when I rang the hotel he said they were full. I explained that I was disappointed as I knew my daughter would love to stay in a 'real castle'. He kindly offered to let us have the single room and we could have a 'put... more

We have just returned for a very romantic evening spend in the "Windsor" suite. The room was beautiful with a four poster bed and balcony. The bathroom was set in a turret and very clean. We felt very welcomed by the owners and the breakfast kept us going till teatime. After spending our 21st wedding Anniversary there we hope to revisit again... more

Our family stayed in two rooms (Windsor and Leeds). The Windsor has a beautiful four poster bed and a terrace. The lobby is warm and big enough for our family to relax in together. Breakfast was lovely. One important note: The signs from the road are TERRIBLE. We drove around for an hour, including driving by the lodge twice. Look... more

We wanted a couple of nights away to relax and unwind. We stayed in the Blaise rooms. The hotel is immaculate and smells fresh and inviting. The only minus is that the hotel is on a main road so there is some noise from traffic during the day. The breakfast is great and there are plenty of places to eat... more

We didn't even get to stay in this hotel! The hotel agreed to take a £20 reduction in the rate for two nights as we would have to move rooms. He sent the email at 00:31 asking for credit card details (I was sleeping....) I went to work the next day and checked my emails when I got home. By... more

Just had a couple of nights here and can wholeheartedly recommend this B&B. Stayed in the Blaise room, magnificent with it's private lounge, very spacious bedroom and bathroom. Breakfast is cracking, full English and really filling. Go to the George at Norton St Philip for dinner or just drinks (the bar staff will call a cab for you so you... more

We visited that Bath Lodge for my 40th Birthday. From the outside the hotel looks amazing, and it didnt disappoint inside either. We were greeted by Barry, who was very charming. The honesty bar is very handy we certainly made the most of it, very reasonably priced too. We stayed in the Farleigh room. The bed was the most comfortable... more

We stayed at Bath Lodge for new year. The accomodation was very clean and spacious. Our room(Fairleigh) over looked the woods with its own private balcony, four poster bed . We felt like we had the place to ourselves. With it being on a main road just outside bath ( once inside you didn't realise this), made it easy to... more
