I selected this hotel by its rates and location. It's within easy walking distance (with luggage) from the rail station and close by all the in town attractions. The rooms were large and comfortable, the bathrooms modern and adequate. The beds were good, better than the usually mushy ones found in the UK. Breakfast was OK. Drawbacks are the rooms... more

With the negative reviews which i had read i was a bit worried about how our stay would be after we had booked this hotel. I need not have been worried from the moment we checked in the staff were very friendly and helpful, we were early but our room was ready when we asked if it was a quiet... more

This place is rather more like a backpackers hotel opposed to the very decadent and corporate image which is portrayed on the website, the building was full of teenagers presumably other guests, but were all milling around the lobby. Our room was very small and the claimed double bed was more of a 'small double' or queen size which ever... more

The website for this hotel is totally misleading, it is marketed as a contemporary hotel! we booked a four poster room number 6 (a superior was unavailable), the decor was most definately not modern! the bed was extremely uncomfortable after 3 nights we both had back ache. The bathroom was a lovely peach colour dating back at least 20 years... more

I'm sure the hotel is very nice but i wouldn't know as i never made it there, there was a booking error and we got a phone call one night say you are late, are you coming? as we weren't expecting this call we said no we are booked in march but they had a us booked for February, so... more

I would just like to point out that the booking error was not the fault of the B&B but of the customer. Also the booking was made through a third party web site and this particular site would not let them post this review as we had followed are policy to the letter.

First, I need to state how much I love the town of Bath, walkable, historic, great places to eat and drink, beautiful surroundings...... The Parade Park DOES have some good points - chiefly an excellent location, friendly, helpful, staff, our room was pretty spacious with a relatively modern bathroom. However, warnings and disclaimers about noise from the neighbouring nightclubs only... more

We stayed here for 2 nights in a small double which really should be a single room as we could barely move around the room as the bed took all of the available space. The linen was clean but the blanket which we found in the wardrobe looked as though it had come from an army surplus store, it was... more

Good points first, receiption and other staff were friendly and welcoming, location was fabulous right in the middle of town if you get a front bedroom the view is quite nice. Breakfast was ok. We originally booked through late rooms but cancelled after noticing that the bathroom facilities were shared!! So rebooked direct for a double en-suit. Was clean but... more

Stayed here for two nights(thurs & fri). We were on the top floor at the back of the hotel, so we didn't encounter too much noise as it was raining when we were there, people went home a bit earlier. The hotel is in a perfect location to walk around bath, it also has quite a few cafes and restaurants... more

I would definitely stay here again upon a return visit to Bath. The hotel is located only a few hundred metres from the train and bus stations, and is but a stone's throw from the city's entertainment/dining district. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the lively hotel bar/pub is a great way to unwind and meet locals and people... more
