This guest house is literally a few minutes walk to the centre of Bath. Our room was warm, clean and well decorated. The family who run it are friendly and helpful. The breakfast was tasty and well cooked and we were able to leave our car in their private parking area for the duration of our stay. All the famous... more

We stayed for one night only and had the attic room. Although the bathroom is across the passage, it is completely private. The room was on the small side. The location is excellent for a city like Bath with a pleasant walk to everything. The private parking was appreciated, although it may become problematic in bad weather. Good breakfast and... more

The room was excellent, clean and very relaxing. The location was only a few minutes walk to the town, with plenty of pubs to drop into on the way. The atmosphere was friendly, the service was great and nothing was too much trouble!, from chilling champagne, arranging taxi's, accommodating a wheel chair, providing advise on places to eat and visit... more

We stayed in the same Attic room as Unny below and we didn't have a problem. I'm 6'3" and coped just fine with the sloping ceiling. Small but nicely done. yes the bathroom is across the stairs but no-one else is at the top so you have it all to yourselves. We only stayed one night but they were very... more

Lisa and Nick were perfect hosts. They phoned and booked us on great tours, offered info on restaurants and things to see. our room was small but clean and cozy. Nick, a chef, made the most wonderful breakfasts and they even went out and bought special gluten- free bread for toast for me..We had a brilliant time despite the rainy... more

My mum and I stayed two nights and were impressed by Nick's cooking skills and local knowledge. Nothing too much trouble and we felt very comfortable and welcomed. Roughly 10 minute walk to main shopping and touristy areas. Roman baths very accessible and less busy during early evening to take a tour - that goes for Jamie Oliver's restaurant if... more

We stayed at Royal Park Guest House for two nights in their family room. We loved the place and the short walking distance to the center of Bath. Our teenage daughter loved the free wireless internet from her laptop! The owner Nick was very service oriented from the beginning to the end. We can absolutely recommend this place. more

Have just reurned from an enjoyable stay at the Park Royal GH in Bath. From the moment we arrived nothing was too much trouble for our hosts, Lisa and Nick, who drew on extensive local knowledge to provide tips and advice to make the Bath experience just that little bit better. The Park Royal is centrally located with all the... more

We were really looking forward to our anniversary weekend away at the Royal Park, but we were so disappointed with the attic room they gave us. Firstly, it is not an en suite at all, the bathroom is a completely separate room across a small landing, not what was requested or pointed out when we booked. Secondly the bedroom itself... more
