Bath is a beautiful city, thronging with tourists. Perhaps that's why The Belvedere charges £80 per night for a room with a broken window, no hot water in the morning, mould on the shower head, unemptied bin from the previous occupants and a dodgy tasting sausage in a full English breakfast that we (sensibly) did not partake a second time. more

Set at the top of a hill about 10 minutes walk from the Roman Baths, the Belvedere is the ideal place to stay when visiting Bath.
