I cannot fault our recent stay at Millstream Cottage. The warm friendly down to earth service we received was second to none. From the little touches to the homemade biscuits. The breakfast was the best I've ever tasted!! My husband and I made a spur of the moment decision to visit as we had a recent bereavement and needed to... More

We stayed at mill stream cottage over the Easter bank holiday. The cottage itself was lovely, our red room was quaint and well quipped. Little touches like mineral water bottles, chocolates on the bedside made us feel very welcome. Sue is a knowledgable host, helped us with our sightseeing recommendation based on our interest. I know we enjoyed exmoor better... More

A very warm welcome from two wonderful hosts awaits your arrival. Everything from the delicious apple cake to the beautifully decorated rooms is faultless; the attention to personal requirements is second to none. Extremely friendly, beautiful area, will definitely return.

I cannot recommend Millstream Cottage highly enough. I could rant on and on about the immediate feeling of welcome you recieve as soon as you enter the cottage door, the warmth and hospitality that smothers you like a warm blanket, the tea and beautiful apple cake upon arrival, the genuine interest and helpfulness of the hosts, the delicious breakfasts, homely... Sue greeted us with a piece of homemade chocolate cake and our choice of tea or coffee, both delicious. Sue is amazingly welcoming and friendly, and we were soon chatting away as though we had known each other for a long time. We stayed in the red room overlooking the garden which was perfect, and the (new) bed was lovely... More

What a fantastic B&B. From the moment we walked through the door we felt completely at home. Sue made us tea and served us apple cake in the guest sitting room and within no time at all we were chatting like old friends. The bedroom we had was wonderful and breakfast certainly set us up for the day. Sue and... More

We had the pleasure of staying at this fantastic B&B over Easter and we didn't want to leave! Even before arriving Sue had asked if we needed any help or advice on booking restaurants or things to do in the area. Once there , nothing was too much trouble. The room and the facilities were superb. Everything is spotless and... More

Many thanks to Sue and Charles who made my stay a pleasure. The bed was comfortable, the Haddock and poached eggs for breakfast was excellent and overall hospitality was superb! I also receive insightful advice about local restaurants and activities from Sue, which was very useful.
