Poor quality expensive at £80 per night.Breakfast not replenished, waitress carried glasses with fingers inside. Tea and coffee was cold. Rooms need complete refurb. I would not recommend this to others, the reason for the stay was nearest place for our son's wedding. Very poor value with very young staff some unable to speak english. Showers fixed to high which... more

This has to be the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The staff were bad but I believe the blame should be at the door of the management. We had to take an Executive room as they had nothing else. The bathroom was clean, big and nice but one 1 towel for 2 adults. No remote control and we... more

Seriously outdated decor. The window sill was black with mould and room in need of painting and decorating. Food was awful. I was told on the second day that there was no tomato ketchup. How can you possibly run out of that! When i did get some it was served up in a plastic dessert bowl. On the plus side... more

Stayed in this hotel on a half board package for one night. All of the staff with no exception were friendly and helpful, and worked really hard. . The bed was really comfortable and the shower was very efficient. The food was lovely, both the evening dinner and breakfast. Yes, it is a old hotel, but the staff make every... more

Stayed for a family party. Room was ok but need a bit of tlc. Tea or coffe stains on bathroom door, only needed a good wipe clean. Wallpaper coming away in parts. Had to run tap in bathroom for a while to get cold water but couldnt get any hot water for a shower. Found the room to be cold... more

We spent the Easter Weekend here, there was myself and my husband and four children. We had never stayed in a hotel before, and after reading the reviews we were a little concerned that we had done the right thing. However on arrival we were amazed at what we got for our money, hotel was very clean, staff were very... more

We stayed in the Quality Hotel for one night on February 20th. We got a fantastic deal on priceline, £52 dinner, bed & breakfast for the pair of us!! The room was in need of refurbishment, the bed wasn't the most comfortable either. Some of the communal areas in the hotel were also looking a little shabby. The dinner was... more

I felt the word quality in this hotel was a little misleading. My room had very worn decor & bedding, with my pet hate, shabby dark brown blankets on the bed, I had a 2 single beds and needed to take the 2 pillows off the other bed as they were all so flat . The bed itself was also... more

I stayed here for one night on business in Sept 06. I can't believe the other reviewers comments - almost as if it was a different hotel. But I checked the map, and its the same one. Never posted a review before, but felt I had to provide some balance !The interior was decidely jaded, both corridors and the room.... more
