Stayed at this hotel for our trip to Alton Towers and it was perfect. Service from the staff were efficient and friendly, buffet breakfast had loads of choices and were fresh and not greasy, the nearby pub and chinese restaurant offered plenty of options for dinner, the rooms were big, clean, cosy and comfortable. Definitely worth every penny! more

this hotel is in a very convenient location just off the m6 motorway in stafford. I stayed here as i had a meeting neer by. The rooms were very clean and also the price was ok. There is also a restaurant and pub next door. more

Disappointed. The setting is in the middle of an industrial estate and inappropriate for a holiday trip. Certainly can't complain about the room, facilities or the bathroom, and really not concerned about TV, but the whole place had an institutional feel. Staff friendly enough, as all the reviews state, but the big disappointment was dinner. Arrived 9.30 at night alone... more
