Brilliant all round stay. food good, room spacious, night time quiet. Excellent for disabled facilities. As with all hotels bar prices a little higher than normal but overall a really good value hotel - we paid a reduced rate of £39 per night for two of us

If you are a light sleeper like myself I recommend asking for a room away from the main road which kept me awake until I asked for a transfer. The staff were friendly and found me a better room away from the road.

Staff were friendly on arrival. Rooms were modern, very clean and comfortable with TV and shower in the rooms. Bar prices were reasonable. Location is lovely at Trentham Gardens. The ONLY problem with the whole weekend was the frosted glass on the bathroom door which meant the partner got a view of my seated silhouette each morning while they lay in bed. Not to mention the half inch gap to allow you to maintain eye contact with someone in the room while you conduct your business if you so... More

Picked this hotel because it was en route to Alton towers. Cleanliness and staff were brilliant. Only downside was the bathrooms. Very small, no bath and the biggest issue was the bathroom door. Stayed for one night. Room was a good size and modern. Plenty of hot water and a good shower. Breakfast was good quality, all looked freshly cooked and very good cold selection too. Cant complain when kids eat free! Franky and Bennies straight out the door which was OK. Overall a good night for a good price.
