We stayed here to attend a concert in Stoke. We arrived around 12.30 with check in not being till 2pm. The lady on reception desk asked scowling if I had requested an early arrival. Stayed at this hotel en-route to a family wedding so we could have a day at Alton towers. Ideally situated, modern and clean.
