We stayed at the Crown Hotel in between the V and Reading Festival's for a short holiday to northern England. The hotel was very cosy - it was well located next to a big Tesco and the local railway station. We found the room to be snug and the hotel's crown is in its heart. Give it a go! more

We found the hotel dirty and in need of a good repaint. Our room was dirty and had brown marks on the walls. Staff unhelpful and have had no feed back from them about a refund ,As we left after 3days, as my son was unwell and had booked for 7 days. more
