Just come back from a night at Raddle Inn, i can only describe it as excellent, the children absolutely loved it and wanted to stay longer. just came back from the raddle inn!!! it is set in a lovely peaceful area of countryside.We stayed in cabin 4 which was clean,and adequately equipped for a self catering stay. Stayed in the cottage just across the road from the Log Cabins, all owned by the same person and part of the Raddle Inn complex. The cottage is on the opposite side of the road from the cabins. The Raddle Inn 'log' cabins are only a few mins drive from Alton Towers and in a lovely country setting next to the Raddle Inn pub. There are 6 cabins with two or three bedrooms and two of them (number 4 and 6) have a new hot tub outside. What a treat after a day at AT spending a bit... more

This was a thoroughly unpleasant experience! These are not log cabins, they are pre-fabs tacked onto a pub. Ours was dirty, worn and generally unfit for habitation. Bathroom was particularly squalid.
