I have stayed here twice, first time excellent, second time I was in the annex and there was a problem with heating and hot water. However I was given a radiator and a full refund which I did not expect or ask for. Overall an excellent hotel with brilliant customer service on both occasions. Give it a go

Premier inn standard rooms, I had connecting room which only had a shower and no bath. I didn't request a connecting room, so a little disappointed and could hear the occupants through the door in the next room. However, the service and smiles of the staff at this premier inn are outstanding, which makes all for a pleasant trip.

cannot fault this inn at all from staff/rooms/breakfast will stay here always when visiting our daughter or touring in location stayed here several times its a pleasure reason to believe this one has won award this year

We were at a family wedding and this Premier Inn was perfect for us, the staff, room and all facilities were excellent. As the Inn was adjacent to the A19 it was an ideal location for us. Thanks to the staff
