Quiet location near Tees Barrage. Breakfast not fantastic - I've had much better in other Premier Inns. Bed too hard for my taste (back-ache in the morning) More

Stayed here with my family between Xmas and New Year for 3 nights. Lovely comfy beds although my 2 young children were hogging the large king size bed leaving me the pull out! Great pub/restaurant attached to the hotel with outdoor play area for the kids. Food was OK but 1 out of the 8 main meals we ordered (my... More

Stayed for 1 night. Pretty standard premier inn. My room smelt a little of smoke which was a little annoying. I stayed on a wednesday night and didn't book for the Resturant which was a mistake, as couldn't get a table. I ate in the bar instead. Food ok. More

Having traveled for nearly 7 hours from South Wales it was nice to be greeted so warmly by staff. Attached restaurant had nice food and excellent breakfast options. Problem with evening meal dealt with without a fuss. I would definitely recommend this clean and friendly hotel. More

Pleasant and quiet Premier Inn easy to find from the A19. Added attraction of walks alongside the River Tees towards Stockton on Tees. I saw a seal playing in the water by the new Tees Barrage as well as canoeists being put through their paces on the purpose built canoe wild-water course just by the Premier Inn! I pre-booked for... As usual staff excellent and hotel of a good standard. Charged £86 for a wednesday night... looking on net could have found better (more individual) hotel for price. Attached restaurant had good food offering at sensible price. Will go back when next in area on business depending on price offered, but will look around at alternatives first. More

Stayed on Sun evening for 1 night. Impressed by the staff and cleanliness of the room. The breakfast was as good as any good Hotel and once again the staff were brilliant. For a budget chain, this is the best I have come across and the price pre booked was only £29 for the night. (Food was on special deal,... More

Standard Premier Inn. The attached Beefeater Inn next door a little above average for meals. Breakfast also just that little extra cf standard PI offerings. Upstairs in the restaurant quieter and more spacious than downstairs. Very very close to the Tees whitewater centre - v short walk to view. Equally very handy for the University. Quiet location but on the... More

Perfect location if you are visiting the university. My room (like the rest of the inn) was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The Beefeater restaurant next door was also very good - excellent evening meal and breakfast. I will definitely be visiting again. More
