Sadly, we could only stay one night for a local wedding. Bobby & Sarah have got hospitality down to a fine art. Charming and attentive, they and their lovely house offered everything one could have possibly wanted. Comfortable, clean and very tastefully decorated our bedroom was perfect. The breakfast was delicious, only sorry not to have been ableto partake of... More

Having stayed twice at The Old Rectory, I can highly recommend it. A quintessential English rectory, it is the best Bed & Breakfast I have ever stayed in. The hosts, Bobby and Sarah Llewellyn are very friendly and welcoming and they certainly make you feel at home. Both rooms I have stayed in are very comfortable with everything you need,... More

From the moment we arrived we felt at home, as we were welcomed by Bobby and Sarah with cups of tea (and cake) by the fire. Our room was super comfortable - and warm, as the weather was turning chilly. We were extremely well fed on both nights of our stay - dinner was delicious and plentiful - and we... More

We had a lovely overnight stay en route to Norfolk. Delicious food, very comfy room and Bobby and Sarah are excellent hosts. It is especially good to find dog-friendly places and our lurcher dog Holly had a great time with her host dogs Amber and Ruby! Would highly recommend The Old Rectory to anybody wanting a virtually perfect and very... More

An excellent B&B, set in a quiet location. Bobby & Sara are first class hosts, providing upmarket accomodation, in a large grade 2 listed building. They have lovingly restored the Rectory to it's former glory & the dinning room & guest's lounge is furnished to a high standard. My wife & I enjoyed a very well presented & cooked evening... More

A very nice and quiet house and very friendly and welcoming hosts. An extremely British atmosphere, exactly what we as French tourists were looking for. It couldn't be better.

My wife and I together with three friends have just spent 3 nights dinner, bed and breakfast at this very welcoming Wolsey Lodge. Our hosts Sarah and Bobby greeted us at the door, ate with us each evening, a rare practice these days which should be reinstated. The food was superb, the company delightful with excellent accomodation one guest house... More

Sarah and Bobby are the perfect host and hostess providing and catering for all your needs. Should you choose to dine in,{optional} the home cooking is great, and the conversation both interesting and amusing. We are a group of five, two couples and myself and I had single occupancy in a double room which I found very comfortable. The location... More

We only stayed one night but couldn't find a better place. Very friendly and welcoming hosts, spotless accommodation and a wonderful evening meal cooked by Sarah who with her husband joined us for dinner. We have two dogs (one a puppy) and it was a great place to take the dogs. We would highly recommend The Old Rectory and we... More
