We stayed at the Fox & Hounds over the August Bank Hoilday and were very impressed with everything including the Autumn Fair which attracted people from miles around and the Barbeque and Real Ales on offer were a treat. Dave and Jacky are really putting a lot of effort into the pub and after 11 months in charge have really... more

Have stayed here several times. Rooms are comfortable and quiet. Situated behind the pub you dont have to worry about drinking and driving, and they do serve a good selection of beers and the food is quite nice. They have two rooms - the room on the left (as you look at it) has a noisy boiler that cuts in... more

The good points are that the room was big and the location quiet. However, we felt the springs in both the twin bed mattresses all night (and we are not heavyweights!) We were very disappointed to find that the breakfast was a continental tray left in our room during the evening while we were out. As, traditionally, B&Bs serve full-English... more
