I really did not want to leave. We were in Lavenham for a wedding held at the Swan, and to provide a bit of distance decided to stay 100 yards down the road at De Vere House. What a great decision! What a great experience we both had in this amazing, friendly B&B in Lavenham. The rooms were gorgeous especially the John De Vere room. From the moment you arrive you are made to feel at home. The two ensuite bedrooms are delightful and very comfortable, plus there is a private sitting room for guests use and a courtyard.
