We chose Guinea House b&b to spend 2 nights over the Valentine's Day weekend - it looked very picturesque on the website, but really the photos didn't do it justice at all.
As there is no b&b sign outside the property, do look for the pink exterior walls so you know that you have arrived. There is parking in the road and luckily we managed to find a space.
We got the impression that Gillian de Lucy prefers to consider this very much her home with the b&b being secondary.
She met us when we arrived and was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the area.
There is no hall in the b&b, you walk straight into the family lounge (not for use by guests) and then take a steep staircase up to one of two guest bedrooms. Ours, The Oak Room, was self contained and off a small corridor which had a bathroom leading off and then another door to the bedroom.
