We attended one of the Newmarket Nights with another couple and chose this hotel due to it's proximity to the racecourse. Our rooms were lovely. We stayed here last weekend, to be honest i was dissapointed with the bedroom, thought it a little grubby around the edges but it was big and clean. This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Do not be fooled by the website, showing modern rooms as this does not cover the majority of the rooms. Our Room was literally falling apart.
