I have to say this is a really nice place to stay, the staff were helpful and friendly, the rooms clean and roomy, the location is fantastic for newmarket races. lovely breakfast, nice choice of food, would not hesitate to return and would recommend if your going to the races or want to be near the main town.

Stayed last night as we were going to the races. Free parking, great sized room. Extremely clean throughout. Less than £10 for a taxi to racecourse so ideal location. On the doorstep of Newmarket restaurants and bars. Very friendly service and freshly cooked breakfast. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend

We had a very warm welcome upon arrival and the room was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble for the members of staff and we had a wonderful night. The breakfast was amazing and freshly cooked to order. I'd highly recommend it.
