I stayed here 2 weeks ago and must defend the staff after the comments made by the previous reviewer. They are clearly well trained and were at all times and without exception helpful and pleasant; in fact they were friendly, without being intrusive. This is the hotel's biggest plus point. On arriving at the hotel I was met with a friendly, helpful receptionist.
